Thank-you for entrusting you/your dancer in our care to explore the art of dance.
Please click on the below link and complete your Student Registration Form
(one form per registrant)
Please bring in your completed registration form in person to register
along with the, completed and signed Waiver and Release Form below and your tuition cheques in order to be fully registered for the
2019/2020 Season of Dance
All tuition payments are to be made as follows...
Either 3 post-dated cheques (1 per term)
(September 1st'2019/January 1st' 2020/March 1st'2020)
or 10 post-dated cheques as follows
(Sept.1st/Oct. 1st/Nov. 1st/Dec. 1st /Jan. 1st/Feb.1st/March 1st /April 1st/May 1st/June 1st)
*each September 1st cheque should include a $50 Registration Fee per family
& a "separate" cheque should be made out for Year End Recital Costume Fee
as per scheduled class/es Dated September
